3 Strategies To Create Consistent Cash In Your Spiritual Business

Let’s face it – consistent cash is what you want!

You don’t want to be in a feast and famine cycle of inconsistent, unreliable income where you don’t know how much money you’ll be earning month to month.

It’s stressful, unsustainable and not supportive for your mindset or energy around your business.

So in today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast, I’m sharing 3 strategies that will support you to create consistent, reliable cash in your business month to month.

Today’s episode is short and sweet, but super actionable.

I recommend you listen to the 3 strategies and then pick the one you need to focus on most and make it a priority over the next 90 days. Because know that what you do NOW in your business is laying the groundwork for what’s to come in about 3 months time.

So if you're looking to create more consistent cash flow – let’s dive straight in…

Strategy #1 – Create a clear customer journey for your ideal clients

When you don’t have a clear customer journey, it can be very difficult for your ideal clients to work out which of your offers is the right fit for them and how they can take the next step to work with you.

And confused humans don’t buy.

Attention spans are only getting shorter, people are only getting busier, so you need to be making it super clear to your ideal clients how they can work with you, which offer is for them and what their next steps are.

To work out whether or not your customer journey is clear – ask yourself this question:

How clearly and simply can you explain who each of your offers serve and how your offers are different from one another?

To give you an example from my business

I have 2 signature programs – the Spiritual Business Academy and the Spiritual Business Mistressmind.

In the simplest terms, the Academy serves women in the early stages of their business, as they are starting and building the foundations.

While the Mistressmind serves women who are further along, having built the foundations, worked with clients and now ready to grow and scale to consistent $10k plus months.

There’s a very distinct and simple difference between the two – you’re either here OR there.

Also along the same vein, know that you don’t need to offer every single service under the sun.

If you have lots and lots of offers and many different options, it’s again a case of just being too hard for people. Yes, choice is great. But decision fatigue is real. When there’s too many options to choose from, it’s just becomes easier to not make a choice.

A good example of this is if you’re someone who is trained in multiple modalities

Maybe you’re an energy healer but you’re also trained in theta healing and crystal healing and lots of other amazing modalities of which there are too many to list.

Firstly, that’s awesome. It means you have lots of tools in your toolbelt that you can call upon in your work. But if you list all of those out as separate options for people to choose and book in for, it’s just too much choice. This is something I see often in the spiritual space.

You know, you’ll have the option to book an energy healing OR a theta healing OR a crystal healing OR a million other types of healings, and someone who is not familiar with what those individual modalities are – which is MOST people, even people who’ve been around the spiritual community for a while – they will see all those options and not know which one to choose, because they are all healings of some description and as offers, they are all working towards a similar outcome.

In this instance, I would suggest having ONE healing option that they can book and when they get in the room or jump on the call or complete their intake form if you have one, your job as the practitioner is to make the call as to which healing modality and tools will support the person in front of you in the best way possible.

Because you’re the one who knows those modalities best, so once you’ve done your initial consult with them, you can say: “I think in today’s session we’ll focus on this or that, maybe a combo of two different things, because that’s what’s going to support you most right now.”

In this way, you’re taking the confusion out of your customer journey. When they come to you, all they know is that they want an energy healing, which is clearly your area of expertise. Having too many options is actually not helpful in this situation.

Make it easy for them!

Keep it simple, refine your offer suite and create a clear customer journey for your people.

Strategy #2 – Commit to a content strategy that prioritises attracting, engaging and converting your ideal clients

Content is how you attract, engage and convert your community into paying clients. So you need to commit to a content strategy. One where you’re sharing content consistently.

When you’re not sharing content consistently you become invisible to your ideal clients, which is not what you want.

Again, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

You just need to be out there, getting visible and getting yourself and your message out in front of your ideal clients.

Pick a marketing channel (not ALL of them) and show up and add value consistently.

Adding value is key.

You don’t want to be just sharing any type of content – you want to be sharing content that’s RELEVANT & VALUABLE to your ideal clients.

Content that attracts, engages and converts.

Content that helps you stand out from the crowd.

Content that gives your clients the opportunity to come to know, like and trust you.

Because they will only buy from you once they trust you.

Some questions to ask yourself:

  • What do your community need to hear right now?

  • What is going to support them today?

  • What is going to give them the opportunity to see and experience your expertise?

  • What will support them to come to know, like and trust you?

  • What will help you stand out from the crowd?

Don’t overthink it, don’t let your fear or self doubt hold you back – it’s time to get visible and start showing up and creating content consistently.

Strategy #3 – Share your offers consistently

The cold hard truth is that you need to be talking about your offers all the bloody time.

Again, this comes back to short attention spans and just the sheer volume of content that’s out there being shared all the time.

You know that post you shared a few weeks ago about your offer – yeah, it’s loooonnnggg been forgotten by your ideal client.

There’s stats out there now that say people need to see something upwards of 20 or 30 times before they’ll buy. It used to be 7, back before social media changed the whole landscape.

Either way, people need to see you and hear about your offer A LOT before they’ll buy.

So you can’t just share it once and hope for the best.

It’s also worth noting that the buying cycle is also just a bit longer at the moment.

In the current economic climate, people are not only more discerning but they are taking longer to make decisions, doing their research, considering things from all angles, which isn’t a bad thing, I happen to think it’s a great thing IF you can really articulate and communicate the value of your offer, but it does mean you need to factor in that time.

So you need to stop worrying about being “salesy” or annoying people or whatever it is that’s holding you back, and start sharing your offers and inviting people to work with you consistently.

And give yourself as much time as possible.

If you’re launching something new, plan as much as you can to have a lengthy and robust pre launch phase where you can build excitement and get people ready and excited to buy. The more time you give people, the more you talk about your offer, the better.

So don’t hide. Make it a priority to share your offers and share them consistently.

The key to creating consistent cash in your business is…

CLARITY and CONSISTENCY in your strategy, messaging, customer journey, content and sales.

If you’re NOT clear on your customer journey → it’s time to simplify and refine your offer suite so your ideal clients know how they can take the next step to work with you.

If you DON’T have a consistent content strategy → it’s time to start showing up and adding value consistently so you can build authority & trust with your community.

And if you’re NOT sharing your offers consistently → it’s time to make sales a priority and start sharing your offers & inviting people to work with you consistently.

You are in business for the long haul and THIS is how you create reliable income in a consistent and sustainable way.
