Behind The Scenes Of Our Conception Journey: Navigating Pregnancy Loss & Grief As A Business Owner & Mama of 2

Today I am sharing something deeply personal and sensitive – a story I’ve held close to my heart until now. This is not a post about business. This is a post about the most intimate part of my life behind the scenes.

Before I go any further, a content warning: I’ll be speaking to my experience of pregnancy loss and miscarriage in this post. If that’s not something you feel able to read about today, I completely understand – please take care of yourself and skip this one.

This is the story of our conception journey for baby #3 – and the pregnancy loss we experienced along the way.

This isn’t an easy story to tell. It’s raw, vulnerable and very human. And if you’ve walked a similar path, my hope is that it helps you feel a little less alone.

Pregnancy loss is a lonely experience. Even when you have all the support in the world, there’s a deep sense of isolation that comes with grief. I felt it. And the only thing that truly comforted me was connecting with other women who had walked this path before me.

That’s why I knew I had to share this story – when the time felt right.

Because while it’s not always easy to talk about miscarriage and loss, it’s so needed. These stories deserve space. They deserve to be heard. And if mine can bring even a flicker of hope or comfort to just one woman, it’s worth sharing.

If you’re navigating grief, trying to conceive after loss, or moving through pregnancy after loss – this episode is for you.

And even if this isn’t your journey, I hope it offers you a deeper understanding of the quiet resilience we carry – as women, as mothers, as business owners, through life’s hardest seasons.
