Kate is a Motherhood counsellor & Women’s circle facilitator. She is a strong believer in the power and strength of women; especially in navigating the unique challenges of modern motherhood. 

Kate creates safe spaces in both 1:1 therapy and women’s circles for women to be unapologetically their wild, messy and authentic selves.  Built on 8 years experience, Kate’s passion lies in the undoing of aloneness; bringing women together for connection, insight and growth.

And fun fact: Kate and I go way back, like way back, we went to primary and high school together, we played on the same netball team growing up and we have lots of mutual friends. 

We reconnected after Kate started her business late last year, bonded over stories of our kids who are similar ages and then earlier this year she became a client when she joined the first round of Confident Consistent Cash.
