My Top Spiritual Business Predictions for 2024
On today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast I’m coming in hot with my top spiritual business predictions for 2024.
I shared an episode like this for the first time last year (listen to episode 87 here) and I really loved putting it together for you.
I enjoyed deep diving into the trends we’re likely to see in the spiritual business space, as well as feeling intuitively into what’s going to emerge for us in the spiritual, health and wellness industry.
It was also one of the most popular episodes of 2023, so I wanted to record another one for you this year with my updated predictions for 2024.
My aim in sharing this is to support you as you move into the new year and plan out what you’re creating and focusing on in 2024.
So let’s dive in!
Firstly, how did I go with last year’s predictions?
Last year I shared 3 predictions for spiritual business in 2023:
Greater transparency, more integrity and values based business
Depth over breadth in your offerings
Practical, real world application of your offerings
1: Greater transparency, more integrity and values based business
My prediction here was that the businesses who showed greater transparency, had more integrity and weren’t afraid to wear their values on their sleeves, were the ones who would see greater success last year.
And I think it’s safe to say that this has definitely been the case. People have become more discerning than ever, they are wising up to marketing trends, they can see through the shiny claims, they are over the cult-y guru spiritual marketing of the past. People want to get to know the real you and they want to invest in businesses that share their values.
The spiritual businesses that succeeded in 2023 were the businesses that led with integrity and were open and transparent about their values and what they stood for as a business owner and as a human.
2023 prediction #1 – tick.
2: Depth over breadth in your offerings
What I mean by depth over breadth are offers that support clients at a deeper level, going deeper rather than wider.
So for example, offers that provide more depth are the ones where people are supported in the implementation and integration of what they’ve learnt, and offers that provide support over a longer period of time. As compared to offers where they show up once, they learn the thing and then they’re off to implement on their own.
Workshops, masterclasses, online courses – they have definitely still had their moment to shine in 2023 and they’re not going anywhere.
But I know for my clients, those that have added more depth to their offerings in the last year, those that have maybe added VIP upgrade options or created new ways of working that provide that depth, they have seen the return in both income and client results & satisfaction.
What I’ve also found is that they love this way of working AND their clients appreciate that deeper level of investment on both a practical and energetic level.
2023 prediction #2 – tick!
3: Practical, real world application of your offerings
This prediction was all about your messaging and how you, as a spiritual business owner, communicate the outcomes of your offer.
Often in the spiritual space, the outcomes are intangible, you can’t see them or quantify them easily, but you know they are powerful. My prediction here was that communicating the practical, real world application of your offerings would become increasingly important in 2023, and I 100% believe that’s been the case.
It’s no longer enough to say something high level and vague like “this offer will help you feel more connected” – like, what does that even mean? Why is feeling more connected important? What is it actually going to do for me in my life?
What I’ve seen this year is a huge rise in the importance of clear and specific messaging. The spiritual business owners that have been able to clearly communicate the outcomes and how their offers help people in their everyday life – they’ve seen success this year.

My Top Spiritual Business Predictions for 2024
These predictions are based on a combination of my experience in business, what I’m seeing work really well with my clients and in the industry, the conversations I’m having with my community, the work I’m doing with clients and of course, what intuitively is coming through for me.
My aim with these predictions, as I said at the top of the episode, is for them to be supportive for you. They’re not meant to be prescriptive. They’re not meant to be overwhelming. There is no “you must do this or your business will not succeed in 2024”. That’s never the vibe.
Whether these predictions are relevant will of course depend on you, your business, what you offer, how you like to work, what you’re hoping to achieve, and more. So take what’s useful and leave the rest.
So I’ve got 3 updated predictions for spiritual business in 2024. Let’s dive in…
Prediction #1: Authenticity is IN
Look, I’d argue that authenticity has always been in. But with the rise of AI and instagram being flooded with the same boring vanilla ChatGPT written content as a result, the businesses that are thriving right now are the ones that embrace their uniqueness and aren’t afraid to stand the fuck out.
And look, no shade for using ChatGPT or any other AI tool to help you with your content. There is definitely a time and a place and a way to use it effectively. I use it and my clients use it.
But as we see more developments in AI come through this year, which is 1000% on the cards, going big on your unique blend of magic is going to become even more important. This is not the time to play it small or try to blend in.
Your inner people pleaser might try and make you think you have to bend yourself into a pretzel to fit in because that’s “what everyone wants and expects of you.” And that by being your full authentic self, you’re going to turn some people off and that’s scary. But it’s also kinda the whole point. Yeah, some people might not vibe with you but those people are also not your ideal clients.
When you embrace your full authenticity, you become magnetic to the people who’ll love you for you. Your ideal clients will LOVE you for your uniqueness. So give them something to bloody well love. Not a watered down vanilla version of you. Or the surface level, shiny highlight reel version.
They want to connect with the real, raw you. They want to get to know the person behind the brand and the business.
So 2024 is the time to go BIG on being you. Embrace what makes you, you. Your unique quirks. Your unique way of doing things. Your unique blend of medicine and magic. Your unique point of view, perspective and thought leadership. Allow your authenticity to shine through everything you do – your content, your brand, your messaging.
Prediction #2: AI is here to stay
2023 saw the rise of AI in a BIG way, and it ain’t going anywhere in 2024. In fact, it’s only going to get bigger and my prediction is that it will also get better.
There’s lots of AI tools already out there, but they are still very new so I think we’ll see big improvements this year as the tech develops and evolves.
We’re also going to see more and more tools enter the market this year. Some are going to be epic and super helpful, while a lot will probably be a total waste of time. With this, it’ll be important to get really intentional about how you’re using AI in your business.
I also think what we use it for in business is going to change too. Up until now, we’ve seen AI mainly be used for content creation but there’s lots of other ways AI can be employed in your business and I think we’re going to see big developments in this space this year. New ways of using AI to support you across the board.
My recommendation is to watch this space, stay open to it and experiment with different tools that show promise. Yes, some of these AI tools may end up being a waste of time but they ALSO might actually be helpful. So be discerning, but also open to the possibilities, because I think we’re gonna see some big developments open up in this space that are going to change the game for small business owners.
Prediction #3: The Return of In Person Events
This is the one I’m personally most excited about.
Over the last year, we’ve seen more and more in person events popping up again after the pandemic, and I think we’re going to see even more of this in 2024.
Now let me be clear, people are still going to be engaging online. The pandemic opened up a lot in the way of remote working opportunities and people seeing the huge benefits in being able to work from home and stay connected reotely.
This has not only been incredible for online business owners, but it’s also been huge for consumers – there’s something pretty bloody fantastic about being able to receive a service or have an experience without having to change out of your pyjamas or spend time driving somewhere and finding a carpark. Online is here to stay.
But when it comes to connection, there is something magic about being in person, and people are craving that real life face to face connection again.
So I expect to see more and more in person events and experiences return in 2024. The whole shebang – workshops, retreats, VIP client days, in person immersions, women’s circles, co-working spaces, networking events. And even hybrid online + in person offerings where people get the best of both worlds.
I know I’m personally planning a few more in person immersions this year, which I’m super excited about, so watch this space.
