My Vision Board for 2025

Happy New Year!!! Welcome to the first episode of the Feminine Fire podcast for 2025.

There’s something special about the energy of a new year isn’t there?

I hope you’re feeling relaxed after some time off AND excited for everything 2025 holds. 

Today I want to tap into this fresh new year energy and take this opportunity to share with you my vision board for 2025 – what I’m calling in and manifesting this year, my goals, my vision and my word of the year. 

Whether you’re ready and raring to go OR if you’re taking things a little bit slower and easing in – my hope is that this is an inspiring one for you to sink into as we kick off this year. 

So let’s get into it – my personal vision board for life and business in 2025.

First let's set the scene a bit for where I’m at right now coming into 2025.

2024 felt like a huge year of transition for me in the business. 

I spent a fair amount of time in the messy middle, liminal space in between and I made some big and small changes and tweaks to my branding, my messaging, my niche and my focus. So it was a challenging year in many ways as you can imagine. Change is never smooth sailing, even when it's a conscious change that you’re calling in and creating yourself.

But 2024 was also a year of what felt like I was laying the groundwork.

And if you listened to the yearly forecast episode for life and business with Suzy Cherub, you’ll know that the themes of 2025 are similar to 2024 but the way I’ve been thinking about it is that we’re in the second phase of whatever that looks like. 

So if you’ve been in a similar position to me for the last year where you’ve been laying the groundwork, my view of 2025 is that we’re going to see all that hard work come to fruition. Call it wishful thinking, call it intuition, call it delusion. That’s the way I’m approaching 2025. Feel free to take some of this delulu optimism for yourself if you please.

But all jokes aside, I do honestly feel that way. I feel like things have really started to click into place for me after a year of being IN it. 

That messy middle where things still feel a little sticky and unclear is never super fun. Exciting in many ways but not fun.

The good news is, in 2025 it is actually coming. 

So that’s the context, that’s where I am as we close out 2024 and come into this new year. 

2024 was a year of transition, of planting the seeds, of laying the groundwork, of the contraction before the expansion – and 2025 we’re holding the vision for all of that to come to fruition.

My 2025 vision is for things to be simple, profitable and FUN.

My ONE big focus is the Spiritual Business Mistressmind. This is my signature mentoring program that I have poured my heart and soul into over the last 4 years, and I am doubling down on that in 2025 and having that as my ONE focus with the goal being to be consistently fully booked across the year.

And as it stands – we’re currently very close to that. There’s 2, maybe 3 spaces still available for an early new year start.

And my initial goal this year is to fill those final spaces, have a full mastermind program and then maintain that across the year. I want 10 incredible, go-getting women, powerhouse spaceholders in that space consistently across the year. Please and thank you universe.

And I’m very confident we’re going to fill those spaces pretty early on in the new year. 

I’m proud to say that we have a very good client retention rate, upwards of 70-80% most of the time, so maintaining a sold out mastermind is something that I;m seeing very much within our means in 2025 – which is SO exciting. Especially coming off the back of last year and having a not so crash hot launch in October. BUT as always, it was happening for me, not to me. And I can now 100% see how it was supporting me and my long term vision.

So that’s the vision for where I want to be focusing my energy this year, I am keeping it really simple and also open to the universe. 

My income goal is $250k and a fully booked Mistressmind – I’m claiming it here, $250k in 2025. 

And I also just want to have a whole lot of fun. 

To bring you into a bit of the strategy, my overarching plan for 2025 is to host quarterly launch activation events across the year, so 4 different and distinct events or experiences.

And I really want to play with what that can look like, so I’m thinking beyond the free masterclass, free challenge model and playing with some fun ideas, maybe some low cost offerings which I haven’t done in years, some different formats, and really thinking through what feels fun for me and my people, but is also still going to be really supportive and potent and get some really great results.

Think: fun, practical, results driven, personalised, intimate events & experiences that support my people in and of themselves but also serve as a way into the Mistressmind for those that want to take that next step with me.

I’m also really looking forward to hosting more in person events. 

We’ve already released the details of the Devoted Priestess Day Retreat I’m hosting with Suzy Cherub in February. We’ve very quickly already sold a quarter of the spaces available and we’ve only shared one email behind the scenes, so I’m expecting we’ll sell out the rest quickly so if you’re interested, book your spot here.

Personally, I’m also planning on hosting more of my Spiritual Business Immersion experiences in person this year. Dates and locations are still to be confirmed at this stage, but keep an eye out for those soon. My vision for this year with these events is to take them on the road. The last 2 years I’ve hosted these in Canberra, but I’ve got some other locations in my sights, and how freakin’ fun is that! So a bit of travel happening in 2025 which I’m so pumped for!

On the home front, we’ve got some changes happening. 

Noah is starting school this year so he’ll no longer be at home with me during the week. It’ll be Hugo and I flying solo, which will be a bit of a transition for all of us, but particularly for Noah. He’s very excited and very ready. He has about 10 kids in the class he already knows from preschool including some of his best friends, so we’re anticipating that it’ll be a fairly smooth transition. Especially with Matt teaching at the same school but it’ll still be a transition. Matt’s also had a promotion this year which is really exciting for him. 

So some of the things on our vision board for this year:

• A family holiday

• Finishing our garden including planting some fruit trees and finally getting in a veggie garden

• Get some chickens

• Build a studio out the back for me to work from which I’m very excited for

• House renovations are also on the long term vision board, but we may or may not get started on those this year.

• More date nights with Matt

• More lush solo dates and time on my own

• Solo dates with each of the kids on their own, especially now that Noah is going to school, I’m going to miss my little mate

• Health wise I want to keep running, walking and Pilates each week. I want to be the happiest, healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been. 

I think that gives you a pretty good picture of my goals and vision for 2025.

My words of 2025 are PLAYFUL and PROSPEROUS.

This means I’ll be running all my decisions through that filter and keeping those two words at the forefront of everything I do in 2025.

The way I approach this is that my word of the year is an anchor point. It’s something to come back to and ground into and use as the solid base and foundation for how I want to feel not just overall across the year but every single day.

So I’ve been thinking about – what does it mean to be playful in 2025? What does it mean to be prosperous? 

And how can I weave that into my overall goals and plan for the year ahead? And how can I be present with that in my everyday life.

On a business level, I’ve already talked about doing things a bit differently, having fun playing with some different formats for launch events and taking my in person immersions to different cities. 

BUT it also looks like playfulness on a smaller scale in my everyday life – on my days working in the business, what does it look like to be playful and have fun? On my days with the kids, am I being present and actually having fun with them? 

This year I want to embrace more fun and playfulness with my kids. With Matt. With my friends. I just want to have a fucking fun year in 2025, and I’ve gotta consciously make that happen by continuing to anchor into what it means to be playful.

And when it comes to feeling prosperous… For me it’s not just about the material wealth and abundance and money, it is that but a prosperous life for me is spacious. It’s having the time freedom and financial freedom to do the things that I want to do, and have fun. 

In fact I feel like there’s a real cyclical thing going on for me between these two words: playful and prosperous. 

The more playful I am, the more I attract prosperity into my life, which in turn gives me the freedom and spaciousness to have more fun and playfulness in my life. 

And that’s the way it should be. Your words of the year should feel really good for you. Maybe a little stretchy too, a little exciting, filled with the possibility of what’s possible for you in 2025 . 

So playful and prosperous in 2025. Yes please!
