Baby #3 is on the way, and as I step into this new season, I’m also preparing my business to run smoothly while I take time off to soak in the newborn days.
This experience has given me a fresh perspective on running a business with intention, sustainability, and alignment.
Navigating the First Trimester While Running a Business
The first trimester brought its challenges (hello, nausea and exhaustion!), but having systems in place made all the difference.
One of the biggest lessons?
Giving myself permission to slow down when needed while keeping my business moving forward. I’ve refined my workflow over the years to create more ease, and this pregnancy has reinforced the importance of sustainable growth.
Planning for Maternity Leave as a Business Owner
With baby arriving in August, I’ll be taking three months of maternity leave.
Instead of pausing my signature program, the Spiritual Business Mistressmind, I’ve designed a unique nine-month container that ensures my clients continue receiving high-level support – even while I step away.
Bringing in a support coach (the incredible Tahryn Bolt) allows my clients to stay in momentum while I fully embrace this season of life.
