My Top Spiritual Business Predictions for 2023

How are you feeling now that we’re a few weeks into 2023? Are you easing in or full steam ahead?

Because there’s absolutely no right or wrong way to kick off the year. 


Here in Australia it’s the summer school holidays so for many of my clients with little kiddos, January is a “go slow” month. For others, they are well and truly in the thick of it.

I’m definitely still easing into things myself. I’ve been back with clients since early January but outside of client work, I’ve been keeping things pretty low key.


I wanted to have as much space as possible this month because I didn’t know what our living arrangements were going to look like having just moved to the coast and how much capacity I’d have outside of supporting my Mistressmind clients.

Very excitingly we bought a house just before Christmas and we’ll be moving in at the end of January, so it’s all worked out perfectly timewise. I am just feeling so pumped for everything coming this year! 


Which brings me to today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast – one I am super excited for because I am sharing my top 3 predictions for spiritual businesses in 2023. 

These are the trends that I’m predicting we’ll see more of in the industry this year based on my own experience, the research that I’ve done and what intuitively has come through when I tap into the energy of this year.


I share these predictions so you can prepare yourself for the year to come and think about how you might want to incorporate these into your business and strategy. 

But I also want you to know that you don’t have to go out and change your whole offer suite or implement everything all at once. 

Slow and steady wins the race. There’s no rush. You’ve got time!

Spiritual Business Prediction #1: Greater transparency, more integrity & values-based business


We’ve seen this become more and more important over the last few years, and I believe this is a trend that will continue and be even more prominent in 2023.

With more people in the online space, people are getting more discerning about who they want to work with and the businesses they want to support. They’re making investment decisions based on whether or not their values are aligned.

In the spiritual space, people are OVER the white washing, spiritual bypassing and gas lighting that goes on. People are seeing through the cult-y, guru, “put me on a pedestal” crap. In an unregulated industry, there are a lot of questionable practices and marketing tactics out there, and people are wising up to it.

So what does this mean for you?

It means that you are being called forward to share your work and lead from a place of greater accountability and responsibility. To be more upfront and transparent about your values, what you stand for as a business owner and as a human.



And if you’re a product based business, you can take this a step further by sharing where your products are sourced and how they’re made.

Spiritual Business Prediction #2: Depth over breadth in your offerings


In 2023, I predict we are going to see more in depth experiences where people are supported in the doing and integration of knowledge rather than just the learning on its own.

Going deeper with clients rather than wider.


How many times have you bought an online course and not completed it? Or sat in a masterclass and taken lots of notes but then not implemented much afterwards?

This year I believe we are going to see people gravitate more towards experiences where they are supported to take their learnings AND actually do something with them.

It’s not that learning experiences like online courses or masterclasses or workshops are not going to be relevant. They 100% are! But people are also going to be seeking out support alongside their learning so they get the highest return on their investment.

So what does this mean for you?

This might look like…offering follow up support after a psychic reading or healing session, whether that’s a quick check in a week or 2 later OR ongoing messaging support for a week where they can ask you any questions or seek further clarification and guidance.

It might look like…offering a VIP upgrade option alongside your online course where people can buy some 1:1 time with you OR an additional group session where they have the opportunity to have their questions answered.


If this is something you’d like to explore in your offerings, I’d encourage you to consider what your clients most need in order to implement your teachings. It’s important that this is tailored and personalised specifically for your offerings and clients.


Spiritual Business Prediction #3: Practical, real world application of your offerings

Over the last few years we have seen spiritual concepts and practices like energetics and embodiment take a front seat in the industry, which I believe will continue... BUT I predict we’ll start seeing more practical, real world application at the forefront.

What I mean by this is that we’ll start to see people doing more than just paying lip service to the importance of things like energetics and embodiment, and instead, actually walking the talk and demonstrating what that looks like in the real world.

When we are talking about anything spiritual, we are most often talking about things that are intangible, we can’t see or touch them, but we still know that they are powerful.

This year I believe we’ll see more of an emphasis on making the intangible, tangible – HOW these things support people with the specific results they are desiring in their day to day life.

Because there’s no point in healing just for the sake of healing, there’s no point tapping into energetics just for the sake of tapping into energetics. People want to know HOW it is going to improve their lives and help them achieve their goals.

So what does this mean for you?

It’s not going to be enough to simply say something like “this will help you experience a deeper connection with yourself” – like, what IS that really? You’ll need to be more specific about what the day to day implications of that deeper self connection actually looks like.


So something more along the lines of “experience a deeper connection with yourself so that you’re clearer on what it is that you truly want and you can start saying no to things that are out of alignment” OR “experience a deeper connection with yourself so that you can give yourself the validation you need rather than constantly seeking the approval of others.”


You need to make it real for people. Like, what is the actual point?


So, you offer this service. Great! Why should I care? What can this do for me? How can this actually help me in my life?

These are the questions you need to be answering for your people.

My prediction is that we’ll see this become more and more important this year. So the more you can be really clear and specific on the tangible outcomes your offer provides, the better.

So those are my top 3 predictions for spiritual business in 2023:
