5 Things To Do Now To Have Sell Out Launches in 2025

Successful launches are built on what you do BEFORE you launch.

I’ve said this before but I’ll always say it again (many many times).

So as we come towards the end of the year – this means the work you’re putting in NOW, the momentum you’re building NOW, is going to yield results in early 2025.

Yes, in 3-6 months time!

This means the more you can pour into your business NOW (especially if you’re planning on taking a break over the Christmas / New Year / January period) will help to set you up for a successful launch next year. 

The key here is knowing what to focus on before the end of this year to set you up for success – the priorities and the biggest needle movers.

So that’s what I’m sharing with you in today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast.

I’m going to share with you exactly what to do and what to prioritise NOW to set you up for sell out, successful launches in 2025.

So let's get into it.

  1. Market research

The number one thing you need to know first before anything else is your soulmate client – where are they at right now? How are they feeling? What is the thing they MOST want? And what is stopping them from getting that thing?

And you don’t want to be making assumptions about any of that – you want to have your fingers on the pulse and know, for certain, the specific answers to these questions as it pertains to your soulmate clients RIGHT NOW. 

And THIS is the time to be doing that market research ahead of 2025. 

Especially if it’s been a little while since you’ve done this – do a pulse check with your community: 

  • Run an end of year survey. 

  • Pop some polls up on your instagram stories. 

  • Do some targeted market research calls. 

At the very least, spend 20 minutes identifying the common themes and threads that have been coming through conversations with your clients and community recently.

Take the guesswork out of it and actually ask your people where they’re at.

It doesn’t have to be complicated – sometimes you just need to ask the question. 

Do the market research. Gather the information.

Because this is going to be key for the next thing you need to be doing now ahead of launching in 2025, which is…

2. Refining your messaging

Knowing your soulmate clients, and their specific needs, desires and challenges right now, is key to refining your messaging. 

Because your messaging matters. Being specific matters. Speaking directly into your soulmate clients needs and desires matters. And fully owning why YOU are the person to help them and why your offer is the offer for them, matters.

I spoke about this on the podcast last week where I shared my top trends and predictions for 2025 – specific, bold, personality-fuelled messaging is going to continue becoming more and more important in 2025.

You need to be more specific, you need to be more bold and step up as the leader that you are, you need to be showcasing your personality in your messaging. It needs to be so crystal clear to your people why YOU, why YOUR offer and why NOW? 

So you want to dial in your messaging and refine it ahead of launching next year. 

This is the time to be doing this work – it informs ALL of your launch content. To be honest, this is something you really want to be doing ahead of every single launch. Looking at where your soulmate clients are at right now, what are the key messaging points that are going to hit with them at this moment in time and then making sure your sales page, your launch content, and everything else is communicating that specifically.


3. Filling your community with dreamy soulmate clients

Now is the time to be swirling the energy and bringing in NEW people to your community – growing your followers, growing your list, attracting in new aligned leads – who you can then launch your offers to in the new year.

Lead generation is one of the most important things to focus on in the lead up to a launch. 

You need to be growing your community between launches, otherwise you’ll constantly be selling to the same group of people. Particularly, if your goal is to scale and grow in 2025, then you also need to scale and grow your community with it.

A lot of people rush into launches and don’t prioritise this, which then leads to 2nd, 3rd and 4th launches not working as well. So looking at how you are attracting and bringing new people into your world is something you want to be prioritising now.

What are the lead generation strategies that you’re going to prioritise over the next 6 weeks before the end of the year?

This could be through: 

  • Your organic content – focusing on platforms and content types that are more likely to be pushed out to new audiences. Instagram Reels and Threads are both working well right now in terms of getting your content in front of new people.

  • Aligned collaborations – guesting on podcasts, summits, traditional networking, speaking opportunities.

  • And of course paid advertising as well.

I recommend looking at what strategies have worked for you in the past and what feels fun and exciting to focus on over the next 6 weeks and into the new year so you’re growing your community and attracting in dreamy soulmate clients before your 2025 launches.

4. Building a waitlist

You already know what you’re going to be launching in 2025, so let’s start creating interest and getting people onto a waitlist so you’ve got a hot list of people ready to go when you open the doors next year.

Some key things to think about when building a waitlist. 

  1. Clearly articulating WHO the offer is for, the solution and transformation you’re providing

  2. WHY they need to be on the waitlist – what’s the incentive for people?

The whole point of a waitlist is that it’s exclusive so you need to clearly articulate what they get access to by joining the waitlist. 

What’s in it for them? 

For example, it could be:

  • Early access to join your program, which works particularly well if there’s limited spots available

  • Special waitlist only bonuses

  • Exclusive resources

  • Special waitlist only price

  • Or a combo of all the above

And then between now and the end of the year, focusing on driving your people to the waitlist via your content as their clear next step.

I’d also really encourage you to think about how you are continuing to nurture that waitlist between now and when you launch. 

  • Are you running them through a nurture email sequence? 

  • Are they getting access to exclusive content during that time? 

  • How are you keeping them engaged?


    5. Pre-selling your offer

This is something that I would really recommend if you’re planning on launching in January or February, and even March.

The earlier in the year that you are launching, I would recommend pre-selling spots NOW. I would skip the waitlist and go straight to pre-sale OR I would pre-sell spots early TO the waitlist, knowing that you might already have an established waitlist for your program.

Either way, pre-selling spots now means you’ll go into your launch early in the new year already having sold spaces. It takes the pressure off, gives you the opportunity to test your messaging and make any necessary tweaks sooner rather than later AND is a nice little confidence boost ahead of your launch knowing that you’ve already made sales.

As you’re pulling your pre-sale offer together, think about making it very clear why now. Give your people a reason to jump on this early. Make it juicy. And then get out there and pre-sell your offer. Just think how amazing it’s going to feel closing out 2024 knowing that you’ve already made sales for your next launch. Yes, please!
