Steal My Personal 2025 Launch Plan

2025 is in 9 weeks.

9 WEEKS!

This means it’s time to talk about launch planning for 2025 – especially if you’re launching anything in the first 3 months of the year.

I say this every year but…

  • The second half of December is out for the holiday season

  • January is often a slower month

  • And then when February hits and you don’t have a solid plan already mapped out – you feel behind before you’ve even started. Not a vibe.

But what if you sailed into the new year having a solid launch plan for 2025 instead?

So on today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast I’m going to share with you how I’m planning my 2025 launches and the questions to consider as you’re going through and doing this for yourself.

This is likely an episode you'll want to listen to again to take notes and work through these questions when you’re sitting down to do your launch planning – so make sure you bookmark this episode and bring your pen and paper.

Launch Focus #1 – ATTRACT

How am I bringing in and attracting new aligned people to my world?

This is the lead generation, list building, community building piece.

When launching we want to consider WHO we’re launching to.

Now there have been times in my business where I haven’t been AS focused on lead generation, for example around the time when both of my boys were born, I didn’t do a lot of lead gen in those seasons for obvious reasons – and that can be okay for a time.

You CAN still have successful launches selling to your existing community BUT it’s not sustainable over the long term. You need to be growing your community and bringing new ideal dream clients into the fold, so you have new people to sell to during your launch.

There are a couple of ways I do lead gen during a launch or in the lead up to a launch:

  1. Creating and sharing a really GOOD juicy lead magnet. Something that’s created specifically with my ideal dream clients in mind. I know that my ideal clients want something practical, tangible and useful. Something they can take and use in their straight away, give them some quick wins, a good result and make their lives and businesses easier in some way. For example – The Ultimate Launch Checklist for Spiritual Space Holders

  2. Hosting a free live launch event, whether that’s a masterclass or a workshop or a challenge. A way for people to enter my world for the first time. Something that’s created specifically with your ideal dream clients in mind. What’s the first step they need in order to then take the next step into your program? What’s one small problem you can solve for them or support them with, that then leads into the work you can do with them inside your offer? For example – Scale Your Space Holder Business

So free lead magnets and live launch events – these are the 2 ways that I’m ATTRACTING new aligned humans into my world before a launch.

And then I’m then looking at:

  • How am I getting both of these things out in front of new audiences?

  • What does it look like to do that organically through my content?

  • Am I leveraging collaborations?

  • Am I allocating budget towards Facebook and Instagram Ads to amplify and call in new people?

You want to get intentional around how you’re actually getting these things out there in front of your ideal clients.

Launch Focus #2 – SERVE

Now that I’ve got these new people in my world – how am I then building a relationship with them? How am I giving them the opportunity to know, like and trust me?

Because soulful sales are built on relationships and trust – people need to know, like and trust you before they buy from you.

So what does that look like during a launch? This is really about content and conversations.

When it comes to content…

During my pre launch and launch phase, ALL of my content across ALL of my platforms is on theme with my launch.

  • My podcasts, my emails, my social media posts

  • AND my email nurture sequences for both my lead magnet and my live launch event

When it comes to conversations…

  • What personal conversations are you having with your people in the lead up to your launch?

  • Do you have past leads from a previous launch that you need to follow up?

  • Are you reaching out to the people who have signed up for your lead magnet, inviting them personally to come to your masterclass?

Launch Focus #3 – SELL

Launching is all about selling.

How am I SELLING my offer and giving my people the opportunity to buy from me? What does the actual open cart phase of my launch look like?

And again this is about content and conversations. I’m looking at my content strategy and then how I am following up and prioritising those sales conversations on the back end.

I’m also looking at any action taking incentives I’m providing like bonuses or early bird pricing, and then planning out my content around those markets.

When it comes to content…

This will look different depending on what your content strategy looks like, but for me I always start with the podcast episodes I’m releasing during launch, then my emails and finally my social media comes last. I’ll also often repurpose across platforms to make it easy for myself. Highly recommend.

When it comes to conversations…

During open cart, my priority is to have sales conversations. So I’m prioritising following up in the DMs, answering questions, reaching out to people who joined my masterclass, are engaging with my content, clicking through on emails. I’m swirling that energy and creating those opportunities for sales conversations.

There’s no post and ghost happening around here. I want to be setting myself up to show up sustainably across my launch, and being planned and organised and intentional around that is what makes that a reality.

Now of course you don’t need to have a launch in order to do these 3 things – ATTRACT, SERVE and SELL. But one of the reasons I like launching is because it does ALL of these three things in a very systematic, specific way. Because you’re focused on selling one offer, you can be really targeted and specific about calling in and attracting the right fit ideal clients for your offer, serving them really well and then ultimately selling to them.

A couple of other questions I ask myself when planning my launches…

  1. With what I want to do within each of my launches – how long do I need? And there’s no one size fits all here, but it's no secret that I do like a longer launch. It works for my energy type, my season of life AND it also caters to the fact that right now people are taking longer to make purchasing decisions and needing more touch points along the way and a longer launch facilitates that.

  2. What are my launch goals? A really good question to ask and clarify and continue to revisit and sink into and connect with. How many people do you want in your program? And what’s your sales goal?

  3. What do I need as a human and a business owner to launch in the way that I want to next year? What is the support that I need? What are the resources that I need? What are the habits that are going to support me? What is the mindset I need? What do I need to support me energetically? And then how do I make that happen?

This is literally everything to consider as you’re planning out your launches for 2025. If you can hit each of these 3 key areas – Attract, Serve and Sell – then you’re setting yourself up for a successful launch.

And I have something else for you if you’re wanting to sell out your programs in 2025…
